Cafe Royale Ingredients

Coffee Serves: 1
1 cup of boiling water
2 teaspoons of instant espresso coffee
1 cube or lump of sugar
1 shot of bourbon

Cafe Royale Preparation

To make the Cafe Royale drink place 2 teaspoons of instant espresso coffee in one cup of boiling water and stir. Place the sugar cube on a teaspoon above the cup of coffee. Pour the shot of  bourbon over the sugar cube making sure the sugar cube has absorbed a fair amount of bourbon.

Strike the match and light the sugar cube. The sugar cube will stay lit until the alcohol has been burnt away.
Add the sugar cube to the coffee cup and stir before the Cafe Royale is ready to serve.

The Cafe Royale makes a perfect drink at any dinner as it has a little flamboyance thrown in.

To unwind on a hot Summers afternoon make yourself cinnamon flavored coffee and sip it slowly to leave a heavenly taste of cinnamon in your mouth.

Ingredients for Iced Cinnamon Flavored Coffee

Coffee Serving: 2
6 teaspoons of instant coffee
1/4 of a cinnamon stick broken into pieces
2 cups of boiled water
1/4 cup of Heavy Cream
Coffee Syrup
Tall glass

Cinnamon Flavored Coffee Preparation

To make an iced cinnamon flavored coffee start by mixing 2 teaspoons of instant coffee to 1 cup of boiled water. Place the broken cinnamon sticks and the brewed coffee in a bowl. Set the bowl aside for one hour then remove the cinnamon and strain the coffee. Once the coffee is strained add the heavy cream give it a little stir and refrigerate until it’s icy cold.

To build the cinnamon flavored coffee choose a tall glass and add a few ice cubes. Drizzle the coffee syrup over the ice cubes according to your taste. If the cinnamon flavored coffee tastes a little bitter you add sweetened whipped cream and dust it lightly with ground cinnamon.

1 tablespoon of hot water
2 teaspoons of sugar or sweetener
Ice cold milk

Iced Coffee Preparation

To make a delicious iced coffee you’ll need to take your coffee mug and add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee and 2 teaspoons of sugar or sweetener. To dissolve these ingredients add 1 tablespoon of hot water and stir until the coffee and sugar has dissolved.

Now that the coffee and sugar has dissolved pour the icy cold milk about an inch from the top of the coffee mug. Stir the ingredients and serve your Iced coffee.
